Returns Policy

Yes, you can return your item.  However,  we hope you understand that there are a few exceptions concerning returning used consumable products.  You are able to return a product within 30 days of receipt, please note that all items returned must be unused, in there original unopened packaging, with all labels and tags still attached.

Due to hygiene and security reasons certain items cannot be returned unless faulty, unfit for purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality.  All goods will be inspected on return. Goods by reason of their nature that cannot be returned are underwear that has been worn or toys that have been used.

All Pay Pal transactions that are subsequently refunded will incur an administration charge made by Pay Pal which will have to be deducted from the final refunded balance. Please enquire before ordering to avoid delay in processing your Pay Pal refund.
It is very important that when you return an item you include a copy of the invoice that was sent to you with your order. On the reverse of the invoice you must write a brief description of why you are returning the item. Please note that OhLaLa Shop Ltd can not be held responsible for a return being lost in transit from you the customer to us. We advise customers using a tracked postal service to return your products. OhLaLa Shop Ltd unfortunately will not be able to offer free of charge return postage. 
  • Any refund will be issued to the card or Pay Pal account used to make the original purchase.
  • Please allow 3 days for the funds to show in your account.
  • We unfortunately can only refund the delivery charges incurred in sending you the item.
